Our current Planning Manager has moved on to new challenges, and we are now looking for a successor. Job Responsibilities

As Planning Manager, you will coordinate routines and working methods within planning, flows, operational purchasing, and ordering at the factories. You will also be responsible for internal logistics and loading/unloading. We are currently on an exciting transformation journey where we are shifting production towards a flow-oriented working method based on LEAN. The role is central to operations and involves working to improve delivery precision and maintaining control over capacity, both in the short and long term.

Furthermore, the role involves improving the planning process and driving change initiatives aimed at streamlining operations. Participating in development projects for your area of responsibility, as well as developing and motivating your employees, is part of your daily work. You will have direct personnel responsibility for 1 employee, be part of the Operations management team, and report to the Master Planner based in Belgium while also maintaining close contact with the Site Manager at Gunnebo.

Background and Profile

You have a relevant academic education or equivalent experience for the position. You have several years of experience in production planning with a focus on internal logistics to optimize production flows. To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you have distinct leadership qualities and enjoy having personnel responsibility. Your leadership is characterized by openness and a lack of prestige, with the ability to create involvement. You are proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and feel comfortable using the Office suite. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

As a person, you are communicative, clear, and have a humble approach. Furthermore, you are outgoing with the ability to drive, motivate, and develop your staff. Through your coaching leadership, you create security and engage and inspire to achieve common goals. You have a holistic view and context and thrive in a development-oriented organization.
